Tropical themed Uncle Fatty’s Rum Resort is a 7000 square foot playground focused on pure low-maintenance fun. Come hang out. We’re here to encourage your laid-back vibe and personality, so be yourself. More cheese…Less VIPs is the motto ‘round here! Serving up an amazing menu of frozen drinks and cocktails, numerous full service tiki bars surround the room. Try a frozen concoction like a “Dirty Monkey,” a blend of Malibu, Kahlua, and banana cream topped with whipped cream & chocolate OR the “Papa Golada” papaya infused piña colada. If you’re lookin’ to escape a mad brain freeze, grab one of our signature cocktails like the “Ocean Potion” combining Hpnotiq, Malibu, and tropical fruit juices OR the “Booze Cruz” mixing cranberry, orange and pinapple juices up with Bacardi Razz, Limón and O. If you wanna go big, all our signature cocktails are available in individual or “fish tank” sizes! So… beer’s your thing? No worries! Try out one of a dozen beachy beers like Landshark, Red Stripe, or Pacifico, to name a few. Uncle Fatty has kicked the ‘bucket’ when it comes to ordering beer in bulk. Enjoy our one-of-a-kind “cooler service.” You and your friends may order 12, 24, or 36 bottles of beer served up in your very own beach cooler. A perfect idea if you plan on relaxing at a table surrounded by island flora, a cabana-style seating area or our sand-filled seashore lounge complete with beach chairs and umbrellas! If you don’t quite feel like chillin’ on the beach, that’s cool, cuz everywhere you look, there’s something to do!
